Christine Mwenya is a mother of three, a partner of one, and a champion of women to live boldly with God-given purpose. Formerly a teacher and corporate account manager, she now serves alongside her husband, Muta Mwenya, as the co-lead pastor of Relevant Church. In addition to leading Relevant Church she’s the founder of the Brave Sisterhood, a movement of women that connects women from all walks of life—championing transformational relationships and fostering environments of encouragement.

Angie Griggs is a Jesus lover, Bible teacher, writer, and speaker passionate about helping others encounter God’s love and apply Scripture to everyday life. With 24 years in the explosives industry, she serves faithfully in her local church and a professor at Relevant Leadership College, where she equips students for Gospel-centered leadership. A wife and mother of five, Angie enjoys reading, writing, and time with loved ones.

Taylor Bailey serves as Executive Pastor at Relevant Church, where she leads with a passion for helping people discover that Jesus is Relevant. She oversees leadership development, strategic planning, and major outreach events, equipping teams to serve with purpose and excellence. With a heart for empowering women, Taylor inspires them to lead confidently and live out their God-given calling. She is also a sought-after speaker, wife, and new mom, blending ministry and life with authenticity and vision.

Maya Brookins is a grad student at Michigan State University and a professional analytical chemist with a creative soul. She serves on her church’s worship team, using her voice and vibrant personality to help others connect with God. Outside the lab and church, she enjoys painting and playing piano—embracing both science and art as reflections of God’s creativity in her life.

Candice Burch is passionate about helping people feel at home and connected. Originally from Texas, she now serves at Relevant Church as Connections Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastors. With a background in administration and event planning, she brings both structure and creativity to ministry, creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

Barbara Reese is a registered nurse and Experience Director at Relevant Church with a passion for creating spaces where people feel safe and loved. She has mentored and developed leaders to empower them into where God has called them. With five years of experience in guest services and seven years of clinical experience, her unique background blends hands-on patient care with strategic leadership, allowing her to drive significant improvements in both clinical practice and patient satisfaction.
